How Fast Is Your Shipping?

At Retailer, we ship fast and keep you informed every step of the way.

Dispatch Time:
All orders are shipped within 6 hours of being placed. Pre-orders are shipped within 6 hours of arriving in our warehouse — the estimated arrival date for each pre-order is shown on the product page.

Tracking:
A tracking number is created and emailed to you within 6 hours of your order. Please note: carriers can take up to 72 hours to scan parcels into their tracking system after collection. If your tracking number shows no movement in the first few days, this is normal — your parcel is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (Australia & New Zealand):
Free for every customer. Delivered by Australia Post, typically 4–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

United States:
US orders are fulfilled from our Los Angeles warehouse and shipped via US domestic carriers, with tracking emailed once your order ships. This is typically faster than international transit from Australia.

International Shipping (outside AU, NZ & US):
We ship to over 220 destinations via Australia Post. International orders typically take 15–27 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delays Outside Our Control:
Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit delays caused by holidays, weather, carrier issues or customs are outside our control. Every order is sent with tracking so you can monitor progress.
