Wow. Quality better than expected. 100% cotton, high end feel, great customer service communication
Customer service communication was great, tracking emails and updates were accurate, and I received in less than a week! Quality is great. I didn’t have very high expectations of quality, because I’ve been burned before when buying clothing online due to quality/sizing, so I was incredibly surprised when I received them. Really well made, not a typical T-shirt fit. Higher end feel. Heavy fabrics, but they don’t feel like they will be overly warm because of the cotton. Fabric was so silky and soft, I assumed they were mostly polyester, but when I checked the label, it’s 100% cotton. I would highlight that fact much more prominently in the ad if I were you, because that really matters to some people.I haven’t washed them yet, so I don’t know what the shrinkage will be, but I will be mindful of that because of the 100 % cotton. It might be helpful to add some direction in the shipment regarding care. Slightly oversized, but the shoulders are fitted well, so the tshirt hangs in a way that would be flattering to many body types. I am typically a 2x, but I ordered one size down, as recommended, hoping I wasn’t making a mistake. They fit perfectly. I will definitely order again, and I would recommend highly.
