What is Retailer?
Retailer is a members-only retailer for sneakers, streetwear and collectibles — based in Australia and shipping worldwide. Members pay 35% less than retail on every item in stock, get fast shipping (free across Australia & New Zealand on our in-stock range, and shipped domestically within the US from our Los Angeles warehouse), and are automatically entered into our weekly raffles for the hottest releases.
How does membership work?
Membership is A$30/month — shown in your local currency at checkout — with a 14-day free trial. Once you're a member you unlock member pricing (35% off every product), free shipping across AU/NZ on in-stock items (plus fast, low-cost US shipping from our LA warehouse), first access to new stock as it lands, and automatic entry into every raffle we run.
Cancel anytime from your account — there's no lock-in contract.

How do raffles work?
Every active member is automatically entered into every raffle we run — there's nothing to click, no tickets to buy. Each member gets one entry per raffle item.
Winners are drawn live on our Instagram and emailed a unique checkout link. You'll have 72 hours to complete your purchase at the member price before the link expires.
Do you have set drop times?
No — we add new stock all the time, not on a fixed drop day or schedule. Fresh sneakers, apparel and collectibles land throughout the week, so it's worth checking back regularly (or browsing New Arrivals). Members get member pricing on everything the moment it's listed.
Our raffles for limited and hyped releases run regularly — winners are drawn live on Instagram (see "How do raffles work?" below).
How is pricing calculated?
Every product displays two prices: the retail price (what non-members pay) and the member price (35% off retail).
Retail is the item's official RRP from its region of release, shown in your local currency. For items that didn't release in your region (eg. some Supreme stock sourced from the EU or US), we use the region-of-origin retail price. We do not use StockX or resale market prices.
Are your items authentic?
Yes — 100% authentic, guaranteed. We do not deal with fakes, replicas or unauthorised goods. Every item is sourced through legitimate channels and authenticated before it ships.
What condition are items in?
All items are brand new with original packaging unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Due to the age of some sneakers, occasional dust or minor yellowing (oxidation) can occur — where we're aware of this, we note it in the product description. If you receive a pair with a flaw we didn't disclose, email us or DM us on Instagram/Facebook and we'll make it right with either store credit, partial compensation, or a full refund return depending on the severity.
How fast is shipping?
Dispatch time: Orders are shipped within 6 hours of being placed. Pre-orders ship within 6 hours of arriving in our warehouse — the estimated arrival date is shown on the product page.
Tracking: A tracking number is emailed within 6 hours of your order. Carriers can take up to 72 hours to scan a parcel into their system — your order is on its way before it scans.
United States: US orders ship domestically from our Los Angeles warehouse via US carriers — much faster than an international parcel from Australia. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Australia & New Zealand: Free for everyone — members and non-members — on our in-stock range; specially-sourced or imported items may carry a shipping cost shown at checkout. Delivered by Australia Post, typically 4–10 business days after dispatch.
Rest of world: We ship to over 220 destinations via Australia Post. Typically 15–27 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
Delays beyond dispatch can occur due to holidays, weather, carrier issues or customs processing — all of which are outside our control.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal, plus buy-now-pay-later options (like Afterpay or Shop Pay Installments) where available in your region. Prices are set in Australian dollars and shown in your local currency automatically — you're charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
What's your return policy?
Once an order has been dispatched, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange except in cases of genuine product fault. Please double-check your size and order details before completing checkout. If there's an issue with a product we've sent you, get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution.
Why was I refunded for an order?
If we've refunded an order without fulfilment, it's almost always because the item sold out before your payment cleared, or the order breached our one-pair-per-customer limit on heavily hyped items. We'll always refund in full when this happens.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime. You can cancel from your member account or by contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep member access until then.
Do you allow bots?
No. Automated purchasing tools are not permitted. We use reCaptcha and order-monitoring systems to detect and cancel bot activity. Accounts suspected of bot use will have orders cancelled and memberships terminated without refund.
