Track Your Order

Look up a tracking number, or work out what your scans actually mean.

No scans yet? That's usually fine

A tracking number is created and emailed to you as soon as your order is packed — which is before the carrier physically collects it. Carriers can take up to 72 hours to scan a parcel into their system after collection.

  • Nothing for 1–3 days. Normal. The label exists, the parcel is on its way, the first scan just hasn't happened yet.
  • International parcels sent from Australia. These often show no scans until they arrive in the destination country.
  • Parcels heading to Australia on our international service. These don't scan with Australia Post until they land in Australia — a blank history before then does not mean it's lost.
  • Still nothing after 7 days. Now it's worth asking. Send us your order number and we'll chase the carrier.

How long delivery takes

Destination Carrier After dispatch
United States US domestic carriers, shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse Typically a few business days
Australia & New Zealand Australia Post 4–10 business days
Rest of world Australia Post — 220+ destinations 15–27 business days, depending on customs

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delays caused by holidays, weather, carrier backlogs or customs are outside our control. Full detail is in the shipping policy.

Something's gone wrong

  • Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived. Check with your neighbours and your building's parcel room first, then contact us — we'll open an enquiry with the carrier.
  • Tracking has been stuck for over a week. Contact us with your order number and we'll chase it.
  • The parcel arrived damaged. Photograph the outer box before you open it, then email us within 7 days of delivery.
