Every item is checked in-house by our team before it's dispatched. That's the whole reason we hold stock rather than drop-ship it. If anything ever arrives not authentic or not as described, you get a full refund.

In-stock orders are verified and dispatched within 72 hours, fully tracked and insured. Your parcel is often moving before the first carrier scan appears, and international parcels can show nothing until they land in-country. That's normal.

Change of mind or wrong size: returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on every item in the Yeezy Archive range, and on every item for active Retailer+ members. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have tags attached, and return postage is at your cost. Other items can't be returned for change of mind. If an item is faulty, wrong or significantly different from its description, you get a refund or exchange and we cover return postage. If it's not authentic, you get a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's a problem with your order.
